- Purchase Order:
POs can be submitted via email (preferred) or fax. Use the prices shown on the credit card ordering page, or if a formal quote is required, please send an email listing the items you wish to have quoted. Payment may be made by check, money order, or wire transfer. Please enquire about credit terms.
Purchase order must include all of the following:
- Bill-to address
- Ship-to address
- Name, phone number AND email address for someone we can contact if necessary.
International Organizations (commercial, academic, governmental, or non-profit)
